Refund policy

Cloud Publishing is a registered Australian business. Under Australian Consumer laws you have a right to a refund within 30 days if the goods purchased are faulty or not as described. You do not have a right to a refund if you change your mind. 

All products are securely packaged and are checked for quality control before being shipped. If any product is damaged please photograph the damaged products within 24 hours of receiving them and email the image and details for review. If the fault is ours  we will replace the damaged product or if it can not be replaced you will be offered a credit or refund of your purchase price less our actual shipping cost.

Depending on the product and the issue involved the product may need to be returned at the customers cost before a refund is issued. This is at our discretion.
