Turquoise silver pendant necklace

Unique and colorful turquoise 30mm sterling silver (925) pendant necklace. Hand cut in our creative studio on the Coffs Coast of NSW Australia.

While acquiring some lapidary supplies here in Australia from one of my favorite suppliers I was introduced to this turquoise material. Turquoise is a very soft stone and most turquoise truth be known is treated in some form to harden the stone.

This piece of turquoise has been stablised and infused with bronze metal. I can attest to the dye as it was very vivid while cutting this stone on the grinding wheels.

Hand cut and set in a 30mm sterling silver solid back pendant this ready to wear fashion accessory comes with a complimentary 62cm rubber cord with silver tone attachments (not sterling silver).

You can dress this turquoise pendant up or down with your favorite sterling silver chains, leather or suede cords.
